Education and Training

Megan Faga is a dual board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in hospital medicine, urgent care, and home-based healthcare innovation. She earned her MSN from Regis University, completed an Advanced Practice Fellowship in Hospital Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and holds undergraduate degrees in both Nursing and Psychology/Biology. Megan holds multi-state APRN licensure and is certified in ACLS and BLS.

Megan’s passion lies in building systems that expand access to hospital-level care outside traditional walls. She has led clinical teams across the country, mentoring providers and shaping care models that prioritize the whole patient.
